My Vawa base I -485 interview
My interview was scheduled for Wednesday July 9, 2025, @8am at the USCIS Minneapolis office. My lawyer and I arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time. At 8am, when it was time to meet the interviewer, were told by a USCIS staff that they tried contacting my lawyer two weeks ago through email and text that we weren't to turn out yesterday. Immediately, my lawyer told them that he didn't received any communications of such through any of the mediums mentioned. now they talking about rescheduling. This is sad.

i751 pending moving out of country for extended time, filed for re entry permit and is pending
Hi,
My I751 is pending, I will be moving out of country with my USC spouse for extended period of time.
I have few questions please advice if you have any info.
1.what address should I update with USCIS and how soon. I will be out of country for a while. based on online readings I understood I can update address to some friend or family. my wife’s family lives in different state so don’t want to update to that address as it can delay my case further.
2. for re entry permit the form had provision for updating the address to overseas address near by embassy to receive it, should I call and update them about this requests and how soon should I do it.
Honestly scared with all the things that are going on with immigration but I have made up my mind I am going to move out with my spouse. we plan to enter may be every six months but the risk looms. please do not comment if you are just going to scare monger and do not have any real experience with any similar scenario
3. What are your recent experiences with entering, bonus if you have a pending application of any kind and you traveled out and re-entered, could you please comment.

I sent my I -140 ,500 days ago and last week I received the RFE ,Today I talked to my lawyer ,he said they want company financial statements.
first question when they file I -140 behalf on my name ,they do suppose to send company financial statements ? When they file I -140 ,what document they suppose to send ? I am trying to understand did they send some missing document or not ?
