Second Interview Scheduled only for main applicant

Hi friends! Have you ever seen a second interview being scheduled only for the main applicant? Is that possible? My dependent was called for the first one with me back in 2022, but so far, only I’ve been given a date for the second one.

Hi everyone, this app says that my ranking moved from unknown to received, does anyone know what it means? I filed my #i751 in May 2023. Thanks 🙏

Hi USCIS received my application for I130 last year in August 1st. This morning I received an email from USCIS saying “we have taken an action on your case” so I logged into the USCIS website and it only states “case is still being processed… we do not need anything currently now” and now the case decision time is showing as 16 months. It was 2 months when I checked it in the beginning of September. Anyone know what all this means? does this mean my I130 is approved? I am assuming they just gave me an update saying they are probably reviewing the case?

Took a bit over 7 moths for the entire process, I-485 and I-130 both approved at the same time. After the interview it took over a month for approval but I think it was because my husband had an issue with his Alien number being assigned to someone else also.

I received a notice with an interview date of Oct. 31st! I am grateful to God for the progress on the AOS despite not being approved for the EAD, as the bigger picture is of course more important! I welcome any advice or tips! I have lived in the US 9 months, however struggled to be able to open joint accounts with my husband so we don’t have any at the moment. our lease has both of our names! thanks everyone 🫶🏽

Need suggestions again

Hello guys, Need your suggestion again. My PD is April 2022 and have not been able to file for i485. October visa bulletin was a very positive step towards my date for filing but I am still more than 4 months behind. Do you guys think that the Date of Filing will move again by January 2026? I am in a very bad situation and need to either be able to file for my i485 or transfer my case to be a CP. Thank you
