Speak to Emma and ask for a live agent; ask them for the tracking number. I did that and they gave it to me so I could track my card in real time.

Approved last year May, no document sent. Reached out by service request, responded tha they mailed it but since I didn’t get it I should file a new one. Not doing that.

Yes, people do see this sometimes with approved I-131 cases and it does not always mean it was immediately mailed, and there can occasionally be delays between production and USPS pickup/tracking updates. If there’s still no movement soon, you may want to call USCIS directly (not just Emma) and ask whether tracking information exists or whether a service request can be opened. If the Tier 1 officer is unable to help, you can request a Tier 2 officer for more assistance.
