Does anyone know what month/year USCIS is currently adjudicating for cases at the Nebraska Service Center?
Has anyone received a response from them recently?
I filed jointly in January 2025 and switched to a waiver in March this year

idk exactly but im waiting since oct 2023 they send me RFE on January2026 i respond on February 2026 and im still waiting for a decision at this time

@Sofie Minep i file divorce waiver since october2023 with all the evidence i have at that moment

but if y fill as waiver u need u divorce finalized after they send u interview or aproved u case and u need to send it
