im be wating 3 moth almost and i don’t receive any updates 😮💨
i send all lot of evidence for my RFE under waiver idk what going on with uscis right now and they no take a decision or interviews or nothing others. that make me feel sad 😔

there is a pause on all cases now due to the new policy April 27. no one knows how long before everything will startoving again

@ so now they stop every case , and we dont know when they gona aproved a case? i did’nt know that 🙆🏻♂️

Unfortunately, waiting several months after responding to an RFE (especially in waiver cases) is very common right now. Many cases sit in review for quite a while afterward. It’s frustrating, but a lack of updates does not automatically mean something is wrong with the case.
