I 751 and N400 case approved Harrford CT
Our case was proof. In our interview, we were separated. My spouse started, and then I continued with the interview. My I-751 was approved, and we went to the civic, reading, and writing questions. The officer told me that my case was approved, and now I am waiting for my ceremony.

I recently got my I-130 F4 petition approved. One week ago I got my welcome letter from nvc I logged in my ceac account and added the applicants who are going to accompany me and got them accepted and reviewed but now after one week still pay now is locked. Why? what to except next? PD is 2012

My pd is june 16 2023 it just changed again to taking long to process how does it work since we are in june? It says step 2 case decision but not yet completed? Quien esta por el mismo tiempo ? Nomas a cambiado de tu caso esta tomando mas tiempo de lo que se esperaba y tengo dos pasos el segundo siendo decision para tu caso pero no esta completado?

Algunos meses estuve diciendo que saldría del país el día 17 de Mayo y regresaba el 31 de Mayo bueno regresamos con bien, el proceso demoró entre 30 a 45 minutos explico tal ves cual fue el motivo de la demora.
Somos aplicantes de vawa mi esposa y yo por maltrato de hija ciudadana;
Los dos salimos yo récord limpio, mi esposa con un cargo de hurto en tienda en el pasando, a un así no decidimos salir del país con la nueva ley que entró en vivencia en Mayo si no me equivoco.
Proceso de reentrada: pasamos con agente y entregamos documento de los dos y de una hija menor que viajaba con nosotros,y esta fue la conversación;
Oficial: cuánto tiempo estuvieron fuera?
Efrén: dos semanas.
Oficial: por que fue el viaje?
Efrén: vacaciones.
Después reviso documento pero yo intencionalmente puse La tarjeta de AP en el sello anterior lla que está Hera la segunda ocasión que salíamos y el oficial lo miro lo miro el mío, pero mi esposa había renobado su pasaporte antes de salir y el de ella no tenía el sello anterior en el nuevo pasaporte y a ella le tomaron huellas y a mi no;
Nos pasaron a segunda inspección tardaron 10 minutos sellaron mi pasaporte y el oficial dice que lo siguiéramos a otro cuarto que por que mi esposa tenía que ser procesada en el otro cuarto, tuve miedo por el cargo de hurto pero tuve fe que saldríamos con bien, por un rato no pasaba nada y los nervios de punta entraban y salían siendo procesadas pero nosostros a un en la sala esperando después de 1/2 hora o más nos entregan el pasaporte sellado nos dieron la bienvenida y salimos.
Después recibimos una llamada que por que nos avían entregado la tarjeta del AP y tuvimos qué regresar por el el oficial me lo entrega y yo le pregunté cuantas veces puedo usar este documento;
Oficial: asta que se vensa!
Ok con la historia de mi esposa mas que nada, no quiero incitar a que salga del país cada quien sabe sus límites y asta donde esta dispuesto a arriesgar todo, yo y mi esposa estábamos dispuestos a quedarnos en México si esa Hera nuestra suerte y empezar de nuevo pero Dios es más grande que todo y somos siervos del señor y el tiene proyectos para los dos a qui n este gran país.🇺🇸

Pending Case (EB1 A, I-140 and I-907)
Hey guys, I applied for EB1 A (I-140) on November18, 2024. I did the regular processing.
In May 2025, I filled a request for premium processing (I-907) which was accepted on May 19, 2025.
I received an email confirming the receipt and that I will received a notice in my mail.
But I checked my mail this morning and there is nothing there.
is this normal with Filling standalone I-907?

hey everyone! I just wanted to share and also document my immigration journey since I’ve found this app!
after being married on the k1 visa in March 2025, USCIS received my petition for both I-485 and I-765 on May 1st, 2025 and sent a text confirming acceptance receipt for both petitions on May 20th, 2025, however I only received a notice for the i-485 in the mail. On May 28th, 2025, the status of the I-485 petition changed to RFE (hoping and praying it’s just the medical, my application was pretty extensive like k1). No status change for the I-765 as yet, and still awaiting initial receipt notice for I-765 and RFE for I-465 in the mail.

RECENT TRAVEL WITH ADVANCE PAROLE
Hi Everyone, so I just want to share my experience on my recent travel using advance parole. I left this month stayed in my country for 3 weeks. I came back last night May 31st. Ofcourse i was nervous of whats going to happen though i am very positive that all will be well.
As you all mentioned, same thing applied to me, I was sent to the small CBP room in JFK Airport. Theres a lot of people who are sitting there when I entered the room so I have to wait just like any others. It took me around almost an hour of waiting before my turn, and when they called me, they just stamp my passport and told me that im good to go. No questions asked. ofcourse im very happy. So please dont be scared using AP, as long as you dont have criminal record. Im very anxious before because my case was complicated ( you can check my last post for info), but everything went well . The experience of going back home after 8 years was really awesome. YOU CAN EXPERIENCE IT TOO.
