I-485 Dependent Application Approved
One of the I-485 dependent applications filed between December 5, 2021, and January 6, 2022, has been approved today.
• The applicant is from Brazil.
• This is a dependent case; the primary applicant’s case is still pending.
• The last update on this application prior to approval was Biometrics.
This is an encouraging development for others in the same filing range.

update I-485
so i figured out before the rfe arrives, that the request is for the medical exam info.
did you guys still see a civil surgeon in the US although you previously did a medical exam abroad (Canada) for the K1 visa? I am booked to see one now, but only to confirm vaccination records and have them sign the form
Adjustment of status via Diversity Visa
Hi everyone, I'm currently waiting for my DV 2025 Adjustment of Status to move forward at the Dallas Field Office. It's been 130 days since I submitted my application, but I haven't received any updates yet since biometrics on feb 27. With the September 30 deadline approaching, I'm starting to feel really anxious and unsure of what steps I can take. If anyone has been through a similar situation or knows if there's a way to help speed up the process, I'd really appreciate your advice or insight. Thank you!
Master Hearing
Hello everyone. Please I need some advice.
I have an upcoming master hearing and my lawyer said I do not need to appear because he will appear for me. I want to know if he is right. Please do I need to appear with my lawyer or just listen to him without appearing?
Urgent responses needed. Thank you all.
I just want to share my timeline for anyone interested. Filed i751 in March 2024. Filed N400 in February 2025. both in Mount Laurel NJ. Filed citizenship under 3 yr rule while i751 was pending.

I don't remember if I have submitted AR11 of my current address 12 years back. What to do?
Hi,
I am in my 3rd year of green card that I got through employment. For my current home, I don't remember if I submitted AR11 in 2013 when I changed my residence.
Questions:
1. Given the current scenario where USCIS is nitpicking on small issues at the time of citizenship interview, what is the recommendation in this case to prevent any issues due to this?
2. If I file AR11 now, will it trigger such scenario where I am telling them what I missed when I was on H1B?
3. In addition, do I need to fill the same form for my wife, who was on H4 visa at that time?
4. Has anyone experienced the interview recently and was in my situation?

confusion about i693 rfe
Hi everyone,
My priority date is not current yet. I'm waiting for it to become current in a future visa bulletin.
I already completed my medical exam (Form I-693), but the sealed results are not ready yet. I also haven’t received an RFE or interview notice.
Once I receive the sealed I-693, do I need to send it within 60 days of the doctor’s signature (including the vaccination date)?
Or can I wait and submit it whenever USCIS issues an RFE — even if that's 4 months later?
Will it still be valid at that time, or would it expire or invalid??
thankyou guys let me know i will fully appreciate..
