Motivation
This is for motivation for who needs it. I have being seeing a lot of frustration here, which I totally understand. But you guys need to find a way to live your life during this difficult time because this is out of our control. It is what it is. I have been dealing with USCIS since 2020, my VAWA has been pending since 2022. I work as an engineer with EAD in one of the top 3 pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. and make more than 80% of the U.S. population, I have a fiancés I take trips with and live a good life. This is not to brag, this is to show you can still live your life while dealing with this administration pain. Live your way, pray, stay positive and stay to update with your case & this administration. Peace!!!

But for those who can’t get EAD till I360 is approved… easier said than done
Man ManMay 13, 2026
@k d You still have to find some positivities in your life. But I guess it’s all about mindset. You can start learning some skills while waiting on your EAD. However you see it tho🤷🏾

it’s not easy because their are people who don’t have EAD to work

@Dee 🙏🏽 I never said it was easy. I’m just saying it’s easier to focus on the many negatives than few positives. I have been without EAD too for many years but I always tried to see the positive side. I occupied myself so much that I often forget about my processes and that’s what worked for me then. We will have always that moment of weakness, that normal because we are human. But nothing should stop us from feeling positive. We will all laugh and celebrate about this journey at the end of the day.

Best advice: “Learn a skill.” So when your approvals come in, you will be ready to harvest. I've been waiting since 2022; my EAD has not been renewed yet, but I keep thinking that God is preparing me for something big. An approval sounds great, and I am here for it, but time doesn't slow down for anybody. Every second we spend stressing is a second we can't get back. So be faithful, limit the time and focus you give to anxiety and stress over what we can't control, and let God take the wheel. You already did your part; let God do the rest. Keep checking, but don't give up your peace. What is yours, it is yours, God will give it to you!

Its hard but you are right. I do have a EAD but prior to having one my friend had encourage me to find something to do. because when the process come through I can continue working on what I started. I had a Bachelor degree from my country but I went to adult program here and do a GED. I now evaluate my degree in thd u.s and they grant me a degree here. Things are not easy but I am trying. I have been waiting since 2022 and I get frustrated but I am keeping hope alive.

@sara cg That’s great to hear. That’s exactly what I did. I took almost one and a half year to learn the skills I’m currently using right now. Then I got my EAD, it was easy for me to start working and gaining experience. That was I’m trying to encourage others that we can channel our pain into something positive.
