would you mind sharing how long it took to have status changed to rfe acked from the time you sent it

for me it was acknowledged on April 23rd, no update since then.. same at NBC

status changed within 2 days

Similar Dec 22 priority date. Sent RFE response on Mar 30, acknowledged on Mar 31 and no updates since. Hope you all get approved soon.

I sent my RFE on May 1st but they haven’t acknowledged that they recieved yet - I tried checking with Emma but no help. is there anything else I should do?

did you get a delivery confirmation from your courier. please preserve that for future reference.

@D G , @T V , Even my status is not changed to RFE received and waiting for that since May 4th (delivery date to USCIS). Which field office are you dealing with? mine is Los Angeles field office. looks like they are delaying for all cases. I hope they start processing them soon.

my rfe was delivered on 23rd April to Cleveland FO, and yet to show as rfe received. tried Emma chat which gave standard response of wait for 60 days.

An officer updated or touched my case at Long Island field office. Case is complete and under review, no further requirements for the case.

Case Remains Pending to RFE May 7th Received RFE nocice in mail box May 11. Shipped the RFE document - May 12 Delivered to USCSIS - May 13 Request to response received - May 14 Card being Printed - May 14 Case Approved - May 15

mine is at Philadelphia FO RFIE Ack on April 20th and no update until now

@Visdom P, which VB shows U for EB1? June VB has 15 Dec 2022 for EB1. correct?

@Visdom P @SPS S Did you submit RFE and not getting RFE received status? if yes, calling uscis call center could help to follow-up with officer to check if package received.

@S Y most probably July VB will out this week. I hope it will stay at same priority date as of June. let’s see. reg rfe it was already ack and current status is “rfe response received”

@Visdom P, did your case make progress? EB1 retrogressed 2 months - hope this is not impacting you.

@S Y Emma agent told me that case has been transferred to FO on May21. where is your file processing ?
