I130 spouse
Hi! Anyone here with an IOE I-130 spouse case filed in October 2025 already received approval or “actively reviewing” update?
I’m currently around 202 days waiting. No RFE so far.
Trying to understand how much USCIS is currently working on October cases. Thanks 🙂
