SIJS Deferred Action and EAD Limbo (PD October 2025)
Hey guys, my attorney said that people who filed/who's PD is before May 10 2026 will receive deferred action soon (might take months)
So my question is, did other attorneys (you all) say the same thing about this? Have any of you whos PD is after June 2025 receive Deferred Action letter?
I'm really stressful think whether I'd receive DA and EAD or not.

@sheik ferdous The thing is that my attorney does not recommend me to apply G-325A since we will be automatically considered for Deferred Action hence why she told me to wait for the letter. If G-325A is applied it might be denied -> NTA / Court Master Hearing

Hey there to be honest I don’t know my priority date is April 18 2025 but I didn’t get my deferred auction and to be honest I’m not sure I’ll be super glad to get it but for now I don’t have it

@Yevhenii Rusaniuk my priority date is one week after yours. I also applied for it and I’m worried I might not get it. when did you submit your DA request?

your lawyer is right actually..there have a court date about our da action (June 2025 till now ,so in that court date there will be something good for us..so we have to wait)..I also think rn there have no need to apply for this form because those who got deffered action already before June 2025,they didn't applied for this form g-325a..they automatically got it..I know many people who's pd is before June 2025..
