Unfortunately, that is still within a fairly normal range for many I-130 cases right now, depending on the category, service center, and whether the petitioner is a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. USCIS processing times for I-130s have been fairly inconsistent with some applicants from 2024 still waiting. I know the waiting can be frustrating, but your case does not sound unusually delayed
