i765 (c)(31) and (c)(9)
Hello,
has anybody filed form i765 c31 with your vawa case and then submitted a new i765 c9 later? I recently submitted new EAD application c9 and want to know if anyone has done it before.

c31 is for if vawa is approved. c9 should be the correct one when vawa is pending.
