Congressman Enquiry
Hi everyone,
My I-751 (application to remove condition) has been pending since November 2023 with no updates at all. Is it a good idea or safe to contact my congressman to make enquiry about my case? And for those who contacted their congressman, did USCIS respond or move your case afterward? please help me with any insight or ideas on what to do. Thanks

you should try it and keep it in your records so later if you file for writ of mandamus,that will help you.

Is your extension still valid? U are within processing time. They are not gonna respond to U either way. Unless U have a very genuine reason to expedite.
