EB-2 NIW — RFE response sent almost 2 months ago, still no updat
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice and to hear about others’ experiences.
I applied for an EB-2 NIW almost 2 years ago. About 2 months ago, we responded to an RFE. Before we responded, my lawyer told me that the officer handling my case is known for being strict and having a high denial rate. Even so, I decided to move forward because I had all the evidence they requested and more.
Now, almost 30 days later, I still haven’t received any update from USCIS. I’m starting to get worried because it’s been such a long journey already.
My questions are:
• Should I pay for premium processing now to get a faster decision?
• Has anyone here had a similar wait time after sending an RFE response?
• How many days does USCIS usually take to respond after receiving RFE evidence?
Any insights or personal experiences would be really helpful.

RFE after interview
Did my interview two weeks ago and was told I’d receive an rfe for form I-693 in the mail the following week and still nothing 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼I already have the sealed package. Is anyone here in a similar situation?

Missouri is only now for some reason doing 1 year driver license for approved Asylees they said it was change for every body because of the real id new rules and the homeland security office… anyone knows about it ? or this is too new ? have any asylees here got their one year driver license ? now we used to have 6 year here in Missouri but now it’s only one year
need help with 485
Hi,
I had my interview on 21st july for my I485 and it went well but my polio vaccination was pending as it was not done with the medical so they asked me to resubmit my medical and said will let you know once we receive it. I have already mailed my Medical with polio the next day and they received it on 23rd july but the status has not changed since then and haven’t received any response from them. So can I do something or need to wait?
and how long I have to wait for it?
I’m curious to see others’ timelines.
I’m looking for others in a similar situation — my case starts with IOE, it’s at Texas Service Center, and it’s been pending for 6 months now. This is for an L1B extension. Has anyone else been waiting this long? Would love to hear your timelines and any updates you’ve received.
