I had my green card interview today. San Bernardino Location.
Today I had my green card interview at the San Bernardino field office. appointment was at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:10am got called in at 10:55am the interview was about 30 min long. the officer was pretty aggressive. he said my entry story was not true, that he used to be a Border Patrol and the way I entered the U.S had to have been via using someone else’s Birth certificate. (me pretending to be a us citizen) the whole interview was solely based on how I’m lying. My lawyer attended via phone and she had to tell him to kinda calm down. he became very upset, and said things to my lawyer like ” I can make this difficult and ask for RFE on the entry” I was so scared. towards the end he sped through the question on the I-485. ( all yes or no questions) and then gave me a paper saying that I attended my interview and marked “ a decision cannot be made yet about your application “ one of the options on the paper was: “a RFE has been issued: you must comply with the request for further processing “ with every thing he said, I’m happy he didn’t select that option. anyone have a hard interview but a good outcome (approval?)
