receipt notice
hello everyone!!!
Does anyone know what’s happening to receipts notices being sent to us to say they have received after filing. I recently filed my I 485 and I765 together recently as in the first week of September and still haven’t receive any sort of notice to say anything I’m also a vawa applicant since 2022. anyone in the same boat as me?

what’s the green card fee?
What’s the green card fee for someone who received an I-730 derivative asylee approval inside the United States?
My wife was approved for an I-730 a few months ago while she was already in the U.S. I’m a bit confused — some sources say there’s no fee for her green card, while others mention a $1,440 fee.
Has anyone here filed for the green card in the same situation? What was the exact fee you paid?

Need Advice: Traveling Home with Pending I-140
Hello everyone,
I’m currently a PhD student, and it has been over 10 months since I filed my I-140 petition. The case is still under review.
Unfortunately, my father is very ill, and I feel it’s important for me to travel back home to be with him. To return to the U.S., I’ll need to apply for a new F-1 visa. My wife (also on an F-1 visa) and our two children will be traveling with me.
I would appreciate any advice or insights about the potential risks of being denied reentry to the U.S. while my I-140 is still pending.

After 4 years and 5 months, my green card has been approved to the glory of God. I encourage anyone who is still waiting for approval to have faith and believe that sooner than later it will be approved, you are in my prayers.

Can I travel with advance parole after I485 approval?
My I 485 got approved a few days ago while I would like to travel soon before I can get the physical green card. I do have EAD with advance parole and should receive I485 approval notice before I leave. Is that true that I can use advance parole and approval notice to enter US?
