Form I-131
I just got this message last week from USCIS. I’m still hoping to get my green card soon.
I would love to travel, but I’m not sure at the moment I don’t know what to do. I might wait for my green card for a couple weeks. If I don’t get it in couple weeks, I’ll travel with the Travel document.

Interview waiting
Hello Guys,
Our Case is Documentarily Qualified on May 28,2025 and we are waiting for an Interview Letter for Us Embassy at Casablanca, Morocco. In the embassy website they are working on cases Feb 25, 2025.
Do you know how long does it Take for F2a Category (CR1)? By the way my wife is citizen.
Anyone in the same situation like us?
Did anyone from Morocco?

letter to upgrade case to cr1 and correct errors
I sent a letter to California center that was initially handling my i130 case under LPR ( from december 2022) to upgrade case to cr1 along with proof of naturalization and a letter of correction to errors in the form made by my former attorney. I received a response letter with instructions to submit the correction via uscis contact center, and 2 days after I received rfe from Texas center for proof of naturalization. I consulted with an attorney and she advised to respond to rfe only because the letter of correction has been seen for sure by an officer in Texas handling the case now. i responded to rfe but I’m worried that the correction is not acknowledged . what do you think? do you have any similar case?
Issue with Payment for H1-B CAP Petition
My employer filed Form-129 on June 16 2025 on premium processing and they used check for payment. On June 28 I got message on uscis case status the petition is on hold and it will be rejected if they do not receive payment authorization. My employer checked the bank account the checks are not cashed.
I spoke with my company legal Team they plan to do this
1. Check with Bank and see if they can make them release funds before June 30.
2. Call USCIS and find what is exactly missing and check if they can submit other form of payment assuming step 1 fails.
3. If they are not able to make current petition move forward by Monday then they plan to file fresh petition in online with clear explanation letter why it’s being filed again so they will be still submitted within CAP deadline of June 30.
I am very sacred and devastated please let me know your thoughts and any other solutions that can be implemented.

Family Based GC and Citizenship
Hey,
I came across something pretty exciting that I think could help a lot of people in this community.
Without going into too much detail here (don't want to break any forum rules!), there's a company Skiplegl.ai launching services in the next few days to make family-based green cards and citizenship applications way more accessible and affordable than traditional routes.
They have opened early access waitlists with some pretty significant discounts for people who want to get in before the official launch. Someone shared the details with me and I’m happy to pass them along.
P.S. this is not a scam. I have been very active on this forum, answering all sorts of immigration based queries. You can check my profile. Thanks
