@Mike mike I filed my I-485 and VAWA (I-360) together in 2020. My VAWA was approved in March 2024. Since then, I haven’t received an RFE or an interview notice. It’s been almost 3 years since my VAWA approval, and I’m still waiting.

No, I never received an RFE. My attorney believes the “Correspondence Was Received and USCIS Is Reviewing It” update was most likely triggered by a change of address she submitted. My VAWA (EAC) was filed on October 3, 2022, and my I-485 (MSC) has been pending since 2020. My last update was on July 7, 2025, and it’s now been exactly one year with no movement. It seems many of us are in the same situation. Does anyone know how much longer this usually takes after this status? Hopefully we’ll all get good news soon. 🙏
