Finally got my approval today. PD 28 April 2023. The case was transferred from NBC to Columbus, OH, sometime in May. I received an RFE for medicals on May 20. Sent the package on June 8th. Never got an update that the RFR was received, but got approval today!

my rfe delivered on may 21 my usps tracking show but still no update same center colmbus ohio they received my rfe almost 46 days done case pending from 4 years

@sj Was your reference for medical as well? I contacted a live agent a week ago, and they said there was nothing they could do, just wait, and I could open an inquiry after 60 days of sending the RFE

congratulations, I have the same PD and my case was transferred to Columbus field office in may too, my case starts with SRC,hade my interview in 2024, I hope I would hear good news soon, did you file an inquiry?

@Q Ma Hi, I didn't file an inquiry because my lawyers told me
to wait 6 months from PD becoming current to file one. So the plan was to file an inquiry with my lawyers in August. Wishing you good luck and hoping yours will be approved soon

D GR yes brother same thing I did I call uscis two times they told me same thing they said we can’t do anything we can’t confirm that so my deadline on rfe 14 days left brother on tracking it’s show delivered on 21 may iam waiting from 4 years I send 3 times rfe before this 4 one so i really worried what can I do now ?
