@Hope . I filed with an Attorney. A mandamus lawsuit is not something I recommend filing on your own. It can be expensive, but you can do it yourself if you believe you can handle the process and the potential outcomes. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the risk.

@SA TA Nope. The attorney just received the FOIA, and they are still reviewing it. Meanwhile, I received a notification from USCIS saying that they had taken action on my case and to check my online account. However, when I checked, there was no new update or change. Emma also told me that there is currently no action required from me. God knows what’s going on with my case. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
