Visa Bulletin and I-485 question
Hi all,
I am a Green Card holder, filed I-130 for my spouse in April 2025. The I-130 is pending decision.
The visa bulletin for September 2025 has
•Final Action Dates chart for F2A as 1 Sept2022 and
•Dates for Filing Family Sponsored visa applications chart as 1 June 2025
USCIS says all family-sponsored filings should use date of filing chart for September 2025
here is my question/confusion
Based on the information above, can I go ahead and file an I-485 for my spouse while the I-130 is still pending?

My 601A was approved a few days ago, wondering if anyone has an idea of how long it’ll take to get an appointment at embassy in Warsaw?
