I wish someone had told me how grieving it could be to dealing with USCIS... Today gives my cases exactly 11 months since USCIS has received my applications for that TPS thing, yet I am still in an unnecessary waiting list. I am not saying it's too much but I am very tired and disappointed with all the grief that long waiting time brought to my heart💔 is just that unbelievable. Come on USCIS... We need to work to survive in the country. Why and why doing this to us😢😢😢

Hello Lawfully family!! Question! Is it possible for an asylum seeker' s partner to apply for a b1/b2 visitor?? the asylum applicant has not been interviewed yet.. but because it is taking forever he wants his wife to apply for visitor.
Please do not hesitate to tell experience or what you know about it.

Case outside of processing time!
F2A has been at the Texas Service Center 9 months, file for case outside processing time. they responded after 1 month saying that they need more time for further research (90 days) and that I should receive a correspondence for details. The hell does it mean? anyone filed for a similar request before? what was your experience? thank you for your inputs.

Separated, but still legally “married.”
As a US, I am getting ready to petition for my brother, but recently I realize that although he doesn’t live anymore with her spouse, they are still legally married. They’re separated but married legally and with a 25 years old daughter who lives currently with her mother.
I would appreciate your comments on how should I handle the case, and what documents do I have to submit for his i130 application. How do I move on?

so NVC asking me to submit a document that is already accepted I send in a inquiry that they are asking me about a document already accepted and my son got documents qualified but not my wife and they are the same documents for both of them , that’s wat they responded,👇🏻

is that mean I have to follow the timeframes and wait another 75 days even if it’s there fault or they will review my case sooner , any idea if someone is been in the same situation please share your experience.
