so NVC asking me to submit a document that is already accepted I send in a inquiry that they are asking me about a document already accepted and my son got documents qualified but not my wife and they are the same documents for both of them , that’s wat they responded,👇🏻

We will let you know whether we complete your case or if we need more information.
current processing times are posted on our website at https://nvc.state.gov/timeframes
is that mean I have to follow the timeframes and wait another 75 days even if it’s there fault or they will review my case sooner , any idea if someone is been in the same situation please share your experience.

not yet it was documents qualified for my son but I didn’t receive documents qualified for my wife when I logged in I see all documents accepted and the document they are asking for is been already accepted and in the email saying they are working with the embassy to schedule in appointment for my son how’s that possible when they are on the same case from USCIS and both cases are linked to the same case .

yoyo M my son about to get appointment and your saying I have to wait 75 days for my wife’s case cuz it’s there fault, I would call the embassy if something I would never wait 3 months for there own mistakes

whenever the NVC asks you for something it takes 75 days to review.
