I’m just speaking from experience that’s what I did for my family members and it worked. however, you’re more than welcome to wait on immigration to issue an RFE or the cards .

I’m a 2 second year law student with a concentration in immigration laws and what I’ve mentioned is what I’ve done for my family and it worked for them . You don’t have to do it , I saw a lot of y’all wondering what’s taking so long for USCIS to process y’all application so that’s why I shared my experiences with y’all .

@ Leyy I’ve said that several time in my comments that every immigration case is unique and random and depending on state that you’re in . however, for the applicants who did not included any supporting documents (proof of their eligibility) with their applications I strongly encourage them to upload them onto their USCIS account and to not wait for USCIS to issue them RFE. The comment that I made this morning was for those kind of applicants . I will say this again, the sole purpose of USCIS utilizing online platforms such as E-filling is to process your applications faster . When you file an application online and mail it out to USCIS , you have to wait for them to process it into their systems and issue you a receipt number ( confirmation number ) . However, when you file an application online the systems sent your application to all the systems that it needs to get to in a matter of seconds hence the reason why I’m encouraging those of you waiting on your approval knowing you did not sent any proof of your eligibility with your application please upload any proofs that you have onto your USCIS account and you don’t have to wait for them to issue you an RFE . Yes randomness is REAL but making sure USCIS have all the documents needed to process your case is up to you . There’s over 55,000 Haitians living in the US with TPS status and they all had to reapply and now includes new TPS applicants. @joyce Lst year the Supreme Court issued an order about that if you came in the US and not ‘inspected and admitted’ that you not qualified for NO immigration benefit but if you had TPS before and be able to renew it, travelled abroad and come back that make you eligible for adjustment it’s what I learned lately

@Joyce, misrepresented as a US citizen is serious offense and felony charges . If that’s the case I would suggest the individual to seek legal advice from an attorney . TPS deadline is February 2023 , there’s plenty of time to seek legal advice from an attorney. There might be free legal aid services or pro bono available in the city where the individual reside. I’ve included a pdf found on the USCIS website , it’s about the frequently asked questions regarding the Haitian TPS . Always be truthful with immigration no matter what and no matter what agency . @peter vl. so yes I did see a judge inside the Btc in pompano beach back in 2010 they let me go with a order of supervision. but I had got a felony back in 2013. I was told that coming in the us and being charged with falsely misrepresented to be a us citizen will be a challenge to get any documents on this country because it's a big deal. @Joyce misrepresented as a US citizen is something USCIS takes very serious and there’s a part on the TPS application where you have to answer some questions about felony and other charges if the individual have any . I would say go for it , but be truthful about everything and submit the court documents with your application and explain within your application what the outcomes of those charges were .
