who is waiting for a final decision after the interview. o had a month and days since my interview and so far nothing! what can I do? my FO Queens, NY. PD Nov 29 2021. who’s in the same boat 😔

they say they have 120 days to issue a decision so u need to call them.

I did my interview on June 28th and they told us they will submit approval and we will receive our card in couple weeks but only thing they approved is EAD and I-485 still interview was scheduled. i think I’m gonna wait long as well 😕

I think if it still says “interview was scheduled” after your interview, the officer may not have entered anything yet. The file is still lying down on their table. I’m not sure but that’s what some people are saying

@nick h . Frankly speaking, if i-130 is approved, you literally don’t have to worry about anything. Your case will be approved and it’s only a matter of time. Just do your work and ignore them if you can !

mine shows still interview schedule. but we are done few weeks ago.

my interview was mid May and I was approved on the spot. I130 was approved the following day but i485 took 7 weeks after interview. the wait seems longer and harder after interview but it will surely end in praise.
