RFE for I-693 on AOS

here’s my dilemma, I received an RFE yesterday asking for the I-693 form to be submitted… we submitted the medicals while filing for I-485 mid December 2021 (using the latest version of the form)… do I need to redo again or can the doc reissue the medicals. this would be our 3rd time doing medicals. just spoke to an agent and she told me that my interview is been canceled and I asked her if it’s waived or canceled. she said it’s been canceled and also said that they have a covid breakout and it will be rescheduled. Also stated that my case is still at NBC. interviews are held at Field office so I am not sure how covid breakout at NBC is related to interview at field office. But yes thank you for adding a more wait on my application.

I reised an ER Toady at 12.00pm after an hour they sent me a email saying: “The status of this service request is: Your expedite request has been forwarded to the proper division for further review. You will receive a notice on your request as soon as possible.” is normal that they respond so fast? I have heard that if USCIS respond within 72 hours they consider the Expedited as urgen. any one with same issue? when they gonna make a decision? thanks in advance
