anyone still waiting eb3 employment based since 2018 or 2019 fillers to get approval i485 form
?? i heard that there is no more visa available for eb3 other workers for this year's is that true guys ?

it’s true if your priority date (LC filing date) is after May 2019. If your priority date is before May 2019, you still can get approval

yes, priority date is the date you apply for the Labor Certificate. You can see it on the receipt notice of i-485 as well. if LC date before May 2019, u can be approved
