EXPEDITE REQUEST
I reised an ER Toady at 12.00pm after an hour they sent me a email saying:
“The status of this service request is: Your expedite request has been forwarded to the proper division for further review. You will receive a notice on your request as soon as possible.”
is normal that they respond so fast? I have heard that if USCIS respond within 72 hours they consider the Expedited as urgen. any one with same issue? when they gonna make a decision? thanks in advance

how did you expedite? did they send you any code for submitting expedite form? what’s the reason for expedite and what paper did you submit?

There is no defined process or timeline.My ER was assigned to a officer on the 3rd day and received approval on the 7th day. My wife submitted ER 12 days ago and still not assigned to officer for review
