RFE for I-693 on AOS
here’s my dilemma, I received an RFE yesterday asking for the I-693 form to be submitted… we submitted the medicals while filing for I-485 mid December 2021 (using the latest version of the form)… do I need to redo again or can the doc reissue the medicals. this would be our 3rd time doing medicals. Please advise. #rfe #medical #aos

medical needs to be updated every 2 years so you still can send the last ones you did in December 2021

i think it will be wise to redo it again . since the have a new policy regarding the Covid vaccine .

agree.. we submitted all Covid information back in 2021 using version 09/13/21… and still we got an RFE for this.. my lawyer is confused too and not sure what I am supposed to do.. this is frustrating not just for me but to think that I need to redo it again and have to put my kids through the tests again

No make sense it. If the exams validity for 2 years I would go to the doctor who did the exams and request a new ones of the exams with the same date signed by the doctor and proves that you already sent it for them. They lost theses exams for sure. If they request new vaccines ask another exams, no make sense too since it is validity for 2 years...

@Ritwik call the 1800 number put your information listen to status update wait they going to ask if they can help with something else right then you must say info pass please after you say that just listen to the rest of what they saying in no time a agent will be on the phone

thank you @tas smith… it worked.. spoke to an agent and they scheduled a callback from an officer to discuss this matter.. fingers crossed now… but he said it can take 30 days for the call back fingers and toes crossed
