Hi guys, i have a quick question
first courtesy letter September 2022 , and 9 months later
I received kind of Courtesy Notice Email(Only) on june 2023 to drop off 693 (medical exam) to local field office by bringing them to field office , and it is still 8 months no update on online or mail or email, does anybody has similar process

My priority date is May 20, 2023. It has been 11 months since then and I have recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE), although I have not yet received the hard copy. I am unsure of what the RFE will entail and I am curious to know if there are any statistics available on the approval rate after submitting an RFE.#RFE

RFE for medicsl
I received an RFE for my medical examination, which I saw in my online account. I was able to download a copy of the letter as well. Since my application was submitted on paper, can I go ahead with the medical examination and print the copy of the letter from the online portal to include with the medical documents when sending them back to USCIS, or should I wait for the RFE to arrive in my mailbox before submitting the medical documents? #rfe #medical

I already submitted my 485, but I recently found out I need to check “yes” for the public charge question on the form. we didn’t received rfe yet, what should I do?
also for question related to public charge, dose my family member’s student loan count for the household liabilities?

“We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of the security checks” ?
Hi everyone! please help if anyone is experiencing the same situation. I filed a case on April,2022 and still waiting for an approval, waited outside the normal standard time, I made an inquiry and I received an email saying to wait for security checks. It’s ridiculous that I waited more than 4 months since the day my RFE was received just for security checks? I don’t know what to do anymore because everytime I contact USCIS, they kelp telling that there’s nothing they can do because the case is not in their hands. Seriously how much longer I have to wait 😭#RFE #securitychecks

Hi everyone!
I have been waiting for over 2 years now on the I-485 decision and over 1 month ago, I have replied to the only RFE that they have sent me. I was told my interview was waived and that the next step should be the decision. I understand that timelines are very different from case to case, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and how would they take for a decision after RFE is received by the USCIS (considering it has been over 2 years of wait).

Het guys I need your help. I got a RFE on my i-485 because the officer told me my medical is only valid for 2 years.
I submitted my i485 on 4/6/2021.
My medical was submitted before September 2021, I think my case has 4 years of extension so it should not be expired.
According to people here, my medical should be valid still. What is correct?
I am going to visit the clinic this Fri and gonna do the medical very quick and going to send it once is done.
However, my medical is still valid, I would like to send them mail or email to appral.
My case is current and they said only medical is left at this time. My case is under urgency so I need very quick decision.
please help me if you know better than me

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET 2 RFEs FOR ONE I-140 PETITION (EVEN AFTER RESPONDING TO THE FIRST ONE AND NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT YET)???
So, I got an RFE for my NIW case in Early September, it was for me to submit academic credentials and post-bachelors work experience. I submitted on October 20th. No update yet on my case status.
This morning, I got an update that another RFE was sent out today.
I don't understand this?
could this be a glitch or something really is up about the 2nd RFE?
Who knows anything about this or has experienced it before?
is it common to get 2 RFEs?
