RFE Response - Minneapolis/Saint Paul
Hi everyone!
I have been waiting for over 2 years now on the I-485 decision and over 1 month ago, I have replied to the only RFE that they have sent me. I was told my interview was waived and that the next step should be the decision. I understand that timelines are very different from case to case, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience and how would they take for a decision after RFE is received by the USCIS (considering it has been over 2 years of wait).
Minneapolis/Saint Paul is the FO.

You can contact them after 60 days. Someone’s experience doesn’t help to predict yours that is what I learned through the process

it suck I have been waiting over 2 years as well they received my RFE over a year ago for i485 I reach out to them in October they told me to wait 90 days from the date I received the email

same here wait time is almost 3years, I receive rfe june 3rd, and I responded immediately. I till today nothing. everytime I make case inquiry via Emma chat they do send another inquiry. however one of the feedback form the inquiry was that “ your case is still under review and we can’t give you timeframe of how long will take” sorry for delays. it’s so frustrating.

The Minneapolis Field office is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW! I’m going to be proceeding with a mandamus if there is no progress by the end of December. two years and counting now, they are playing with peoples lives at this point.

I just got a notification of an RFE being sent on my 485.
not sure what it is about as yet but what was your RFE’s for on 485?
