PD October 7 2022, still waiting for approval. CRP since August 2023

beginning November 2022, I140 RFE received in March 2023 and responded to on July 23, i140 approved in August/2023, i765 and i131 approved in September/2023, MEDICAL EXAM RFE RECEIVED in February/2024 and responded to in March/ 2024. awaiting update.

PD: December 2022 I-485; I-765; I-131, all submitted in October 2023 with medical. Biometric was done in November 2023. I-765 got approved in February 2023. I-131 still not approved. I-485: CRP since January 2024 and it was transferred to NBC with a note that Interview waiver eligible.

PD January 23 (after my SuperStar lawyer spent 1 year preparing my case, wtf 🤬 ) I-140 approval notice in May 2023. January 2024 I-485, 765 and 131 sent to USCIS. February 2024 Biometric appointment for my 13 years old son the rest of my family got a waiver for Biometric Today: Just waiting Good Luck to everyone

PD Oct 2022. RD for I 485 Mar 2023. CRP since July 2023. I feel bad for all of us in CRP. USCIS is just ignoring these cases right now. do they even know we are current now?

PD sept 2022, crp since May 2023 and PD becomes current this april, still waiting for i485 approval, been wanting to send a service request, idk if it is a good move for them to notice my case.

@MR Khan I'm in the same boat. I-765 I-485 I-131 submitted on Oct 17th, got biometrics don't on Dec 15. I-131 and I-765 approved om Dec 16th, 2023. RFIR for birth certificate received on Jan 6th, responded in 10 days. It's been over 95 days and still waiting for an update on I-485. Case is at NBC. My application is EB-2 (ROW)
