EB1A (PP) RFE from Nebraska, asking to send response to Texas?

I-140 EB1A petition submitted a month ago (premium processing, case starts with IOE, living abroad, consular processing). Originally sent to the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit. Within 5 business days, got a kitchen sink RFE from the Nebraska Service Center. The RFE says that the response should be sent via mail to the Texas service center. Could it be that the officer decided to send the RFE and then transfer the case to Texas? Or is it common as a way to just distribute the load of document scanning? I wouldn't mind getting a different officer reviewing my RFE response lol, this one is notorious #RFE #TSC #NSC #EB1 #EB1A #I140

Hello, I have questions: 1- regarding Joint Credit Card Vs user added as authorized user the same in the eye of USCIS Most of Credit providers allow you to add your spouse as Authorized user since joints credit cards requires a whole new account i think , is adding your spouse as authorized user good enough to submits as evidence 2- I saw an RFE Withe the following Request: " federal and state tax returns including relevant schedules and attachments such as W-2 records preferably with evidence of filing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or other tax documentation demonstrating actual filings submitted to the IRS". Does the Tax returns and Ws we usualy get form turbotax or tax failing place good or you would need to contact IRS to send your trasnctipns that you filed the taxes but i never heard of that , as far as i know Tax returns are the forms you need to send #RFE #ROC #I-751 #i130 #i485

we received 2 rfe after one week of receiving first rfe?

can anyone please share we submitted our first rfe august 15 and receive notification on August 22 for second rfe it been 10 days no rfe received. we called they are saying wait for one more week. its so frustrating. what it could be?? is it any notice? uscis case status says it’s a rfe and on call she said it’s a rfe too. please share any experience? #rfe#secondrfe

The department of state announced that it is out of green card for 2024. I received the RFE already for medical form. RFE Request on form I130.

My PD is May 23, 202 all forms at NBC (concurrent filing), last month my EAD was finally approved and the remaining two forms are finally actively being reviewed. I saw an email about a change on my account and saw the RFE request but can’t see what it is. Emma Live Chat was no help, I just want to be prepared, I have reviewed my copy of the application and don’t see anything missing. Didn’t receive i360 RFE from mail (as a Widow)

hello guys, On 6/19 I received an update saying that USCIS sent a request for initial evidence for my Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant. Since my attorney filed the case for me, therefore it was supposed to send to his office, and I don’t have access to online account to see the online document. however until now 7/10 we still haven’t received the RFE. my attorney asked me to file a e-request online, and which I did. but I’m worried that I won’t be able to receive the document winthin the valid date of RFE, especially I didn’t file it by myself. *** I only have the case number which I have already added to my UScis account, but I don’t have the online access code. -What if USCIS reject my e-request? -Does any one of you encountered this issue before? -Or is there anyone to see the document online? -Do you know what the initial evidence USCIS might ask for? thank you so much for your response #i360 #widow #rfe

Hey I received my second rfe after 4 years of waiting was a lawyer mistake did not send everything! The rfe was about more evidence of the abuse ! I’m trying to respond for the rfe and I need help if I’m missing anything since I don’t trust lawyer ! I do have evaluation of my Psychologist I do have pics of Physical abuse and a statement by me ! if you are in removal proceeding and you have 130 and adjustment status case open, you need to get yourself a good lawyer to get done with this process otherwise you gonna sleep on your case. I’ve been waiting for four years finally I decide to get a good lawyer to take care of my case six months later everything is done. finally, I’m almost done. The only advice I can give Y’all is to get a good lawyer if you think your case is little bit complicated. I respond to rfe For medical and Sponsor, It took them 24 hours to approve my case. Got an RFE on April 17th

Hello folks, So I received and RFE from USCIS and it’s about my birth certificate. Intially I provided my BC that states on subject “Extracted from original birth Records”. Where as on USCIS website for the country I was born it states the the subject line should be “Birth Cerificate” and the issuing agency name however is the same on that translated document as they have mentioned on their website. I talked to my attorney and explained too. On website they require certain writing in arabic and translated into english as mentioned on their website. Now the issue is that I didn’t have my original birth certificate then I had to request one of my relative to go to ministry of health and get the copy of original birth record so now the title of the document it’s different. Except “Birth Certificate”, it’s mentioned “Extracted from original birth record”. Does anyone have that sort of experience or knowledge if USCIS can reject on the basis of different wordings on the translated document? #RFE
