while I am waiting on a response for my i485. this morning when I logged in my i765 & i131 progress tab changed from taking longer than expected to “2 months” on both.
does this mean I won’t be hearing back on my i485 for the next 2 months as well? my rfe received by uscis will be 60 days on 10/29.
did anyone have months listed in the progress tab and still got approved for i485?

Rfe on I-130
I got bonafide marriage rfe on I-130. I scanned and uploaded all adequate documents to my online account two weeks ago. I still did not hear back anything from uscis or Dallas FO. Can anyone has same experience and how long it takes to get documents delivered response? TIA!

why are we getting an I-130 RFE over a year after submitting application and months after getting the EAD-travel combo card?

IR1 GC Concurrent Filing Submitted Aug 2022;
I485 RFE for medical received and responded Feb 2023.
EAD and travel card received May 2023.
Now just yesterday received RFE for I-130. Me and my USC spouse are very surprised and concerned. My progress tracker now suddenly says 9 months ETA processing time when it was showing ‘your case is taking longer than usual’ even 2 days ago!!!
Does anyone have a similar experience? If so what happened to you?

RFE sent on time - but showing as received after deadline
Hello everyone.. I sent my RFE response before the deadline. I have proof of delivery as well as signed from usics.. However my case status was updated a week later, to show they have just received my RFE response.. this is after the deadline.
I asked "Emma" and they say their system show it was received yesterday (so after the deadline).. The person on the live chat said they don't know if I will be denied or not.. any suggestions? Thank you #RFE
medical rfe for I485
i sent my medical via express last Thursday.
it was delivered on Friday.
i only sent my copy of the rfe notice with the sealed envelope in the usps express mail envelope.
i didn’t add a cover letter because i just followed the instructions on the notice as is.
how long after the mail was delivered did your account get updated for rfe being received?

A los 470 días recibimos RFE, la vdd no es algo que me molesta porque por fin tenemos noticias después de una larga espera😇 y cuando una relación es sana, verdadera creo que no es problema. Nosotros no ocupamos un abogado, lo hicimos nosotros mismos y es por eso que algo dejamos en el aire, pero confio en Dios que nuestra larga espera pronto termina y esta distancia termina pronto también. Si alguien que ya pasó por eso sabe porque medio se envía la evidencia adicional, si en línea o físicamente hagamelo saber por favor, muchas gracias.. Y ANIMOS..!!!! 😇😇😇😇😇😇

RFE for I-130
After receiving RFE for I-485 (sponsorship document) on Jan 4 and submitting it on March 8th. we again Received RFE for I-130 (more proof of a bonafide marriage). Does this mean our case is more likely to be denied?? have any one of you guys gone through same situation, if Yes please let me know how it was. I am stressing out cause we literally submitted everything we have and we are in Dilemma because we only have stuffs from the time we started processing to now. worried if its not gonna be enough again. #RFE #I-485
