Married filling jointly tax return for I-864
Hi,
I'm sponsoring my spouse who is the principal immigrant in the form I864 in NVC. she is not in the US and she doesn’t and didn’t have any income. However, I got ITIN for her and include her in my taxes( Married filing jointly) but all of the income stated in the tax return is coming from me.
Do I need to include her in my I864 (such as part 6 item 8)because she is also on my tax return? Do I need to write her current income same as mine?

Medical RFE- No update on Timeline
Hello everyone,
My physician forgot to date my I-693 so I had to resubmit it. After consulting the medical office and my lawyer, they both agreed that it is safe to fill out the form with the original date rather than re-doing the process. The form was updated after my initial visit so we used the updated form. The tracking indicates that it has been delivered to USCIS on Feb 2nd. I have not seen my case time line stating anything about the request of RFE or receiving RFE. I understand that it may take 90 days for them to process RFE but I am concerned. I would appreciate if you could share your experience/thoughts. #RFE

On February 17, 2022 my case changed to Actively Reviewed, there it lasted a year until March 16 when it changed to Request for Evidence, on March 27 I responded to the Request for Evidence, once the evidence was received, the case changed to be actively reviewed, again. I don't know what to think, who else has this happened to? #RFE
Not a formal RFE ¿? scam?
Today I received a courtesy notice letter from the Fresno, CA field office (not my local FO) saying that they have received my application for review and adjudication. It also says that the letter is NOT a formal RFE, but if I want, I can submit my medical exam or bonafides of my marriage if they have not been submitted before.
Have anyone received similar letters? Do you think is safe to send my medical? I’m worried it is a scam. I just find it a little awkward, especially because there is no update or similar notice in my online account.

How long after courtesy medical I-693 deficiency letter did you get in update - RFE to send it or interview notice?

I send my I-485 with I-693
I send my file last year in January with my I-693 attached to it.
Fast forward to today I received an RFE for my I-693 again when I have a copy of last year's form from the civil surgeon and their nothing wrong. It killing me because the more I have to pay for my green card.#i-693 #i-485 #greencard #rfe

more than 150 days since the RFE for I-485
Hello Community
I submitted my I-485 in June 2022 after my I-140 NIW approval.
On September 2022, I received RFE for medical And we responded back in early October 2022. But my status still shows "Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent".
Is this normal after more than 150 days? should the status change to "request for additional evidence was received" or something? What should I do? just wait?

Whats the best way to submit the requested evidence for Expedite Request?
I solicited an #expedite request and got a letter asking for #evidence to support it. In the letter they don’t specify where to send it to or how.
How can I send it? do I have to scan print and mail the evidence? or is there a way to do it online?
Also did you make a cover letter when you sent your evidence for expedite?

RFE I-693 responded with K1 DS-3025 vaccination
I just received an #RFE for #medicalexamination.
I completed my medical and vaccination record overseas. My DS-3025 mentioned “K1 visa applicant completed vaccination requirements” so I uploaded on my USCIS account a copy of my #DS-3025.
I know they might waived my interview if I just pay again for another medical exam, but I wanna give it a try since another K1 just summited his record and got his GC a month later.
Has anyone else replied RFE like this?
