Hello everybody,
I sent my respond to the RFE on August using my online account, and today I got the actively reviewing status, I checked my USCIS account but I didn't find anything under documents. anyone with experience like mine? maybe is not a decision yet? or I have to wait until tomorrow to show?

cancellation notice for request of evidence
Hey guys i got my rfe may 2 and responded week later and they updated respond was received in may 12 since that time I didn’t get any news not even my work permit I only did fingerprint and when I checked my online account there is one new update says cancelled rfe what does it mean if it means they found what they had asked me why I’ve waited since May 12 and what should I do anything i can do , thanks for answers

EB3, PD 09/2014 - Transferred to FO on 09/01 & i-693 Medical RFE issued 09/08!
- USCIS supposedly ran out of 2022 GC Visa Numbers on Sept 06.
- My case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC on Aug 31 and then to Atlanta FO on Sept 01 (I am in Bay Area, CA).
- On Sept 08 an i-693 RFE was generated (since I did not interfile medicals), which was delivered to me on Sept 16 - this stated respond by Dec 05 so we don't deny your case (but try to respond ASAP so we can evaluate your case before end of FY 22).
- I responded to the RFE on Sept 22, which was delivered to Atlanta FO on Sept 23 (at 10:30 AM, Atlanta time).
- Till today (Oct 02), the i-485 status just says "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"
QUESTION:
- Why would USCIS request documents (that expire in 2 years) for something that is potentially very last step of an EB3 Sept 2014 GC application, especially when they have ran out of Visa Numbers, the Fiscal Year is about to end, the PD is not current and the upcoming fiscal year shows retrogression?
NOTES:
- I had an approved EB2 i140 with a prior employer, but moved to a new employer after the EB3 downgrade (by the prior employer) in Oct 2020 and the 180 day period had passed. The new employer filed an i-485 Supplement J.
- The new employer's i-485 Supplement J, was transferred on the same day and my pending i-131 "AP Renewal" application was also updated to show fingerprints on the same day as these transfers (aka Aug 31 / Sept 01).

120 after interview 60 days after RFE
Hi friends...
Last week completed 120 days from my interview for the Green Card. At the spot the officer told me everything was okay but there were some minimal information not loading on their system, so he handed me a paper and said that I should hear from them within 2 weeks.
Literally 1 day after they sent me an RFE. Awesome! I responded to that a month later and now it has also been 60 days from my RFE response but they haven't updated anything on the website or sent me any letters.
Do you guys have any advices on what I should do or if I should just wait it out?

Delay for Certificate of Conduct in NYC?
I’m a current applicant for adjustment of status based in Brooklyn. I just received a RFE to submit a certificate of conduct because my fingerprints were deemed unclassifiable twice. Can anyone comment on how long it took to be able to schedule an appointment with the NYPD to obtain this certificate? The earliest appointments available online are at the end of December! I was told on the phone I can request an expedited appointment but I’m worried I’m still looking at months to get the certificate.

I-140 NIW RFE
I received an RFE a week ago from officer 0207 at NSC. S/he challenged 3 prongs. My attorney told me that for the first prong, the RFE acknowledges the proposed endeavor identified in the initial filing but concludes that fails to show that your endeavor has both substantial merit and national importance without any analysis of the evidence or further explanation of how it arrived at this conclusion. For Prongs 2 and 3, the RFE imposes a heightened standard that is more appropriate for EB-1A's OCMS criterion.

my medical was delivered to the USCIS field office ( Palm Beach, FL) on Aug 24 but USCIS hasn't updated my status as an RFE response was received. Is this normal?

Hello,
We’ve had our interview last week and today we received an RFE saying that part of the form (I-693) was incomplete. The doctor forgot to write our passport numbers and only wrote “see attached”. My question is, when we go see the doctor should we redo the exam and blood test or just ask them to update and resend a new form without conducting any examinations? It’s been more that 60 days since we submitted the medical forms. Anyone with a similar experience can give us an advice?

Request For Evidence
I just received our RFE in my documents tab on USCIS. It has an upload link with the documents, but it also has a photo that says to scan the document and place it first on top of our foreign marriage certificate before sending. So does that mean my options are to just upload our marriage certificate without the Scan Front Page, or we have to mail everything in as well? #RFE #I130

Hi everyone. Our application for I-485 change of status is employment based for me and my Wife. 1st our case was transferred to the National Benefit centre , Lee's summit, MO. on 22 June 2022. then on July 18 2022 we have received a RFE notice that we have to submit our I-693 via priority mail for final decision, which we did send it via priority mail and was delivered on the 29th of July 2022 according to the tracking number.. it also says in the letter : Although processing times cannot be guaranteed, if you seek completion of your case by the end of this fiscal year (Sept. 30, 2022), we strongly encourage you to submit your complete Form 1-693 as soon as possible via express mail. Does that mean our interview has been waived? anyone had anything similar happen to them? and what can the expected time.be for a response? case status still only shows that its been transferred to other office. #rfe
