I got medical RFE. the RFE notice was sent to my employer and they told me it is enough to send back copy of the RFE notice along with medical report to USCIS. However, from my online research, the original RFE notice is required not a copy! any advice please? should I push to have the original RFE notice? thank you! #rfe #I485

#rfe #opt Hello Everyone Please share the timeline you think it takes to get a response for OPT RFE. My Opt case was submitted on March 22, 2022, then RFE was received on May 12, 2022. I responded to it on June 2, 2022. Is there a grace period I might lose my F1 status if I wait too long? Does anyone have any experience with it? How long does it take to stay? Its been more 60 days for not hearing any approval or decision after my RFE response arrived. I took Moderna vaccine and Pfizer second. The civil Surgeon marked a blanket waiver for Covid saying vaccines is not routinely available in the state where he practices. I-485 RFE for Medical Exam

My case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC in February. A month later, I received a letter from Los Angeles Field Office for an RFE to send the Medical exam form, but the online case status remains at “Case was transferred to another office” and it never changed to ”RFE request sent”. I sent the evidence and it was received on 04/11/22 as per US mail tracker, but no uscis online status update so far. I chatted with a live agent to confirm receipt of my response, but they said that they don’t see that an RFE was requested. I got an RFE requesting more info about the sponsor and joint sponsor: My joint sponsor haven’t done his taxes this year, and he doesn’t have a w2, however my petitioner filled 2022 taxes and it has enough income (so we won’t need the joint sponsor anymore) at the time I’ve applied the petitioner didn’t have enough income. I was thinking I could upload everything I have from the joint sponsor (which is not a lot of info) and explain that the petitioner now have enough income. Do you guys think that could work? #rfe

Hi All, Need some inputs: My PD is 14 May 2013. In Oct 2020, I downgraded my application to EB3 and got my EAD/AP in Feb 2022. As of now my PD EB3 date is not current but as per the April bulletin its current in EB2 category. On March 15th my I-485 was updated as "Request for Initial Evidence was sent'. Not i have not interfiled yet. As per Tier 2 officer my application is at LA FO. I am planning for a job change in April/May 2022, Can we to respond to the RFE along with interfile application. If I do this will the 180 date restriction for job change will apply on me again? #interfile #I-485 #rfe #stuck
