I-485 RFE for Medical Exam
My case was transferred from Nebraska to NBC in February. A month later, I received a letter from Los Angeles Field Office for an RFE to send the Medical exam form, but the online case status remains at “Case was transferred to another office” and it never changed to ”RFE request sent”. I sent the evidence and it was received on 04/11/22 as per US mail tracker, but no uscis online status update so far. I chatted with a live agent to confirm receipt of my response, but they said that they don’t see that an RFE was requested. I-751 CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED, Vermont field
I-751 CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED, Vermont field 10/29/20 Received date 11/15/20 18 moths extension Notice 12/19/20 I left the USA for holidays with my expired green Card and 18 months extention 02/21/21 I came back to the USA. At that time in the airport I was told my extension notice was a copy, not original, I didn’t even pay attention before. Then I was sent to waiting room by border patrol officer for further checkout. It took about 15 mins, Officer asked me where is original notice and I told them that was what I received in the mail. after that, They told me to contact USCIS to get the original one and warned me not to travel until I got it. 02/21/21. the same date, my online status got updated to biometrics fingerprint reused. I thought this gotta be something with border officers in The airport 07/18/21. I received RFE ( there was 2 page list of almost everything : Documents about children, leases, deeds, mortgages, driver licences, banks documents, tax papers, utility bills, loan and credit card statements) affidavit letters, Military papers if yes, and and plus ANY OTHER RELEVANT DOCUMENTS NOT ALREADY MENTIONED. Unbelievable, bcz I already sent everything I got). they wanted us to send all the papers by 10/13/21. I collected a few more documents and then I was waiting for our life insurance policy from our health ins company( that’s only thing I didn’t send before). But it took forever to get this hard copy, a month passed while waiting for it, we already forgot about RFE due date . Fortunately, God helped us, all of the sudden I remembered it, but it was 10/07/21. In 3 days, I collected all my papers I have and sent it to Vermont 10/ 11/21. thru FedEX overnight . 1 day after due day on 10/ 14/21 my online status got updated to RFE received ( thank God, I was so lucky) 11/29/21. New card is being produced 11/30/21. Case has been approved 12/01/21. Card was mailed to me 12/02/21 Card was picked up by USPS and tracking number included 12/04/21. Text message from USPS Delivery attempted - No access to delivery location 12/04/21. Card was delivered to me By the post office! GOD IS GREAT. Good luck to everybody. #751 #rfe #vermont

1) The record shows that you have been enrolled at several schools in the United States while holding F-1 nonimmigrant status. Submit the following evidence to establish your enrollment and attendance during all periods in which you were in the United States in F-1 nonimmigrant status: • Certified transcripts issued by the school(s) • Copies of tuition payments for all quarters or semesters attended • Class schedules and course syllabi for all F-1 schools attended • Report cards, evidence of homework, assignments or research • Copies of any and all final degrees or diplomas issued upon completion of each academic program(s) • Any other evidence in your possession to show that you attended and were physically present at each F1 school and completed coursework. 2) Please submit a properly completed and signed Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job Portability Under INA Section 204() showing that the offer of intended permanent employment as stated in the Form 1-140 petition continues to exist or that you intend to port to a new offer of employment in the same or similar occupational classification as the job specified in the underlying Form I-140. 3) If you have begun employment with your I-140 petitioner, please submit a copy of your pay records for the previous two months. #RFE #I-485 #NEBRASKA #EB-3
