Case was received on April 13th RFE sent for Evidence of Program Completion on July 14th. They requested a letter from the Dean to explain how my major is a STEM major… Responded on July 20th. Called USCIS and confirmed they received my response on July 22nd. Now back to the waiting game. I’m currently working using the 180 Day Extension. valid till September #OPT #STEMOPT #RFE

So I was issued an RFE for medical exam. I did my medical exam in April 2022 and hep b vaccination was not required, but apparently it was added to the list of required vaccinations in May or June this year. My question is whether I should get a new medical exam form, or use the one I received in April, which is already signed and sealed?? #rfe #medical

Interview and RFE

I went to my interview on May 18th and on the next day I received an RFE. I sent the documents they asked, but still no update if they even received my Request for Evidence back. My status still shows "Interview Was Scheduled". They said if I didn't respond by August 10th they would just deny my case. So I'm very stressed because I don't have an update if they received it or not. (USPS says delivered - it's a PO box) but they didn't confirm it. RFE for I-693 on AOS

here’s my dilemma, I received an RFE yesterday asking for the I-693 form to be submitted… we submitted the medicals while filing for I-485 mid December 2021 (using the latest version of the form)… do I need to redo again or can the doc reissue the medicals. this would be our 3rd time doing medicals. I got medical RFE. the RFE notice was sent to my employer and they told me it is enough to send back copy of the RFE notice along with medical report to USCIS. However, from my online research, the original RFE notice is required not a copy! any advice please? should I push to have the original RFE notice? thank you! #rfe #I485

#rfe #opt Hello Everyone Please share the timeline you think it takes to get a response for OPT RFE. My Opt case was submitted on March 22, 2022, then RFE was received on May 12, 2022. I responded to it on June 2, 2022. Is there a grace period I might lose my F1 status if I wait too long? Does anyone have any experience with it? How long does it take to stay? Blanket waiver for medical exam

I took Moderna vaccine and Pfizer second. The civil Surgeon marked a blanket waiver for Covid saying vaccines is not routinely available in the state where he practices.
