I-485 New Medical RFE uploaded but case status never updated
My I-130 was approved about 2 years ago and my I-485 is still pending. USCIS uploaded a medical RFE in the documents section of my account, but the case status never changed to “RFE sent.” I also never received the notice by mail because the apartment number was missing in the address.
I mailed the medical response and it was delivered and signed for, but the case status is still the same — “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed” and nothing shows updated.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

Decision time after RFE response is received for Eb1c in premium processing
USCIS received my RFE response on 15 Dec for eb1c in premium. I am on business day 35 today. Any idea how long has USCIS been taking to provide decisions after RFE response is received? Also I was issued an RFE on BD 38 if that matters. The RFE also was a boilerplate RFE with some stuff pointed out that had been already submitted. #eb1c #pp #rfe

More than 4 months since I replied to the RFE/ Case open since July 2021
This is so stressful that I want to cancel everything.
This is ridiculous now.
With everything going on with this new administration, we are barely breathing when going out to work because ICE is doing whatever they want.
We have children, we have lives and we are humans.
What type of treatment is this?
We live without actually breathing properly because anytime anything can happen.

RFE Response Not Received by USCIS
Hello everyone,
I have submitted my RFE response for my pending I-485 case, which was delivered on August 7, 2025. My RFE response was actually updated I-693 form. After 1 month, I contacted USCIS (live agent through Emma) as there was no receipt notice. They told me to contact them after 60 days of delivery, so I contacted them again on October 6, 2025.
Based on my inquiry, recently I got a notice that USCIS didn't get my response, and they will deny my case if it will not be received by the deadline (October 23, 2025). Within 2 days, I have resubmitted my response, which was delivered on October 20, 2025. Still, there is no receipt notification so far.
For both shipments, it was submitted to the USCIS Pittsburgh Field Office. I have the shipment photo and proof of delivery as well.
How can I notify USCIS about this?
It would be really helpful if you could suggest what I should do in this scenario. Really appreciate your time.

Advice for Evidence
Good Day Everyone
I'm in the process of compiling evidence that my marriage is bona fide.
We have a lot of photographs, joint bank statements, joint taxes, we do video calls over whatsapp.
Can I have some advice on what amount of photographs is enough? And the same with bank statements.
We have 3 or 4 years worth of joint bank statements and I'm assuming adding 36 months worth of statements that's like 7 pages long would just be overwhelming and pointless.
And photographs I'm trying to focus on us with each other's families (but ofcourse adding photos of just us)

Decision after RFE received
How long does it usually take to get the decision after RFEs were received?
My PD is current and I had my interview a month ago. After the interview, I received 2 RFE requests, one for my 485j and another was for my W2s. I submitted all of them and my case status was changed to "Was received and USCIS is now reviewing".

I got an RFE on my 140 recently, it’s asking for additional evidence that both foreign and U.S. positions are managerial roles.
I was a people manager abroad and now a functional manager after moving to U.S.
Abroad: I provided the evidence that i participated in interview, hire, fire, task deligation, manage budget, give performance feedback. org chart. reports resume
US: org chart. Indirect reports. evidence of interview records, attend board meetings, job descriptions
Can anyone give me some suggestions on what other documents I should provide?

USCIS / VAWA Question – Please Help 🙏🏾
Hey everyone, I have a quick question for those of you who have gone through or are currently dealing with a VAWA case.
For the past couple of years, my lawyer has been the one submitting everything to USCIS and using her address on all documents.
But this time, I submitted my second RFE response myself and accidentally used my own address instead of hers. Now I’m a bit scared and wondering:
• Will this confuse USCIS?
• Do I need to file an address change?
• Should I or my lawyer submit another G-28 to fix it?
• Has this happened to anyone else?
I just don’t want this small mistake to affect my case negatively after everything I’ve already gone through. If you’ve experienced anything similar or have advice, I would really appreciate it. 🙏🏾

So I’m about to send another folder with what they are requesting that I’ve already submitted previously.
But I don’t want to go through my lawyer because last time I did, they didn’t even send everything telling me it was not necessary.
Ok, but I want to put all the chances on my send, I rather send everything I can even if it’s not necessary than not sending enough.
Can people who filed themselves tell me how to send those documents?

📣 URGENT — Second RFE from USCIS 📨
Hey everyone, I really need help or insight from anyone who’s been through this.
I received a second Request for Evidence (RFE) from USCIS regarding my petition.
The first RFE (in February) asked for proof of:
• A good faith marriage
• Battery or extreme cruelty
• Shared residence
I sent everything I had, including a 5-page personal statement explaining why I didn’t have joint documents or shared accounts. I also provided all photos, messages, and supporting documents I could gather.
But now, they’ve sent another RFE asking for the exact same three things again.
💔 I’m confused and anxious.
I don’t know what more they want from me, and I’ve truly done my best.
Is this normal? Has anyone been through this?
Does anyone know what else I can submit to satisfy these 3 areas?
Any advice, experience, or encouragement would mean a lot right now. Thank you so much. 🙏

Update on My Immigration Case 🇺🇸📄
Back in November, USCIS asked me to submit proof that my marriage was genuine. I responded in February with every piece of evidence I had—photos, documents, messages—and even included a detailed explanation for the few things I didn’t have.
Now, months later, I just received another Request For Additional Evidence (RFE) from them again.
I honestly don’t know what more they could be asking for at this point. It’s been an exhausting, uncertain journey. If anyone has been through this or knows what this second RFE could mean, please feel free to share your experience or insight. 🙏🏼
