VAWA RFE and including Medicals.?
can someone share their experience I’m working on responding RFE on my VAWA case and I’m Thinking of adding my medicals as well since they are already done.
Any suggestion or should I wait until they request for a I-485 application?
what are the downsides or upsides?

@Sukhdeep Singh the office that adjudicate Vawa is different from the office that adjudicate I-485, so wait for it to be requested for as it has to do with your I-485. Secondky when USCIS send you an RFE for something don’t respond outside what they request for or you might end up messing up things.

send it it will knock the door. because I did the same thing. my lawyer sent it anyway without them asking within 2 weeks I got my gc

What is the RFE about and what is filing date? Respond to RFE only since it is related to 360, medicals come when its time to adjudicate 485. So do not send anything extra.

@F A hi vawa has not been approved. I just received an RFE for it and I have a pending green card application. I want to send my medicals with it since I got my medical done already.

If your RFE is only for the I-360 (VAWA) and does not specifically ask for Form I-693, it is usually better not to include the medical now. The I-360 and I-485 are separate, and medicals are relevant only to the I-485 adjustment stage.
The main downside of sending the medical early is that it could expire before USCIS adjudicates your I-485, which may force you to pay for a new exam later. The only real upside is if USCIS is already reviewing your I-485 and would otherwise issue a medical RFE. If your RFE does not clearly request I-693, focus only on what they asked for and wait until the medical is requested or until you respond to an I-485 RFE.
