Decision time after RFE response is received for Eb1c in premium processing
USCIS received my RFE response on 15 Dec for eb1c in premium. I am on business day 35 today. Any idea how long has USCIS been taking to provide decisions after RFE response is received? Also I was issued an RFE on BD 38 if that matters. The RFE also was a boilerplate RFE with some stuff pointed out that had been already submitted. #eb1c #pp #rfe

Any time, in my case less than 10 business days I got the approval; clock restarts they have 45 business days to respond

Yes but I didn’t think it’s typical for them to use all 45 days. I understand it depends on a lot of factors. I was just wondering what people typically see. in my case it would be the I-140 decision.
