RFE Request on form I130.

My PD is May 23, 202 all forms at NBC (concurrent filing), last month my EAD was finally approved and the remaining two forms are finally actively being reviewed. I saw an email about a change on my account and saw the RFE request but can’t see what it is. Emma Live Chat was no help, I just want to be prepared, I have reviewed my copy of the application and don’t see anything missing. What did they request if you received the RFE for the I130? #RFE #I130

Didn’t receive i360 RFE from mail (as a Widow)

hello guys, On 6/19 I received an update saying that USCIS sent a request for initial evidence for my Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant. Since my attorney filed the case for me, therefore it was supposed to send to his office, and I don’t have access to online account to see the online document. however until now 7/10 we still haven’t received the RFE. my attorney asked me to file a e-request online, and which I did. but I’m worried that I won’t be able to receive the document winthin the valid date of RFE, especially I didn’t file it by myself. *** I only have the case number which I have already added to my UScis account, but I don’t have the online access code. -What if USCIS reject my e-request? -Does any one of you encountered this issue before? -Or is there anyone to see the document online? -Do you know what the initial evidence USCIS might ask for? thank you so much for your response #i360 #widow #rfe

Hey I received my second rfe after 4 years of waiting was a lawyer mistake did not send everything! The rfe was about more evidence of the abuse ! I’m trying to respond for the rfe and I need help if I’m missing anything since I don’t trust lawyer ! I do have evaluation of my Psychologist I do have pics of Physical abuse and a statement by me ! I do have a threat texts ! I do have a police report ( call harassment) Good moral letter from friends Are these enough for approval? And a good response #vawa #I-360 #rfe

if you are in removal proceeding and you have 130 and adjustment status case open, you need to get yourself a good lawyer to get done with this process otherwise you gonna sleep on your case. I’ve been waiting for four years finally I decide to get a good lawyer to take care of my case six months later everything is done. finally, I’m almost done. The only advice I can give Y’all is to get a good lawyer if you think your case is little bit complicated. I respond to rfe For medical and Sponsor, It took them 24 hours to approve my case. Stay positive and don’t sleep on your case. God is great.#rfe

Got an RFE on April 17th

Hello folks, So I received and RFE from USCIS and it’s about my birth certificate. Intially I provided my BC that states on subject “Extracted from original birth Records”. Where as on USCIS website for the country I was born it states the the subject line should be “Birth Cerificate” and the issuing agency name however is the same on that translated document as they have mentioned on their website. I talked to my attorney and explained too. On website they require certain writing in arabic and translated into english as mentioned on their website. Now the issue is that I didn’t have my original birth certificate then I had to request one of my relative to go to ministry of health and get the copy of original birth record so now the title of the document it’s different. Except “Birth Certificate”, it’s mentioned “Extracted from original birth record”. Does anyone have that sort of experience or knowledge if USCIS can reject on the basis of different wordings on the translated document? #RFE

Has anyone received a NOID/ request of evidence due to record not reflecting a marriage? at the time of filing no evidence established the claimed relationship? we submitted our marriage license, we have kids together, joint bank account, ect… we received a NOID letter do approval still happen after getting a NOID Letter #NOID #RFE

Hi, i got RFE for birth certifica on February 2nd. after that i provided 3 responses to it because the first one was not the requested version, second one did not include the RFE letter, last one is the most accurate one. Rfe notice for 693 Email(only)

Hi guys, i have a quick question first courtesy letter September 2022 , and 9 months later I received kind of Courtesy Notice Email(Only) on june 2023 to drop off 693 (medical exam) to local field office by bringing them to field office , and it is still 8 months no update on online or mail or email, does anybody has similar process brooklyn field office #RFE #CourtesyNotice

My priority date is May 20, 2023. It has been 11 months since then and I have recently received a Request for Evidence (RFE), although I have not yet received the hard copy. RFE for medicsl

I received an RFE for my medical examination, which I saw in my online account. I was able to download a copy of the letter as well. Since my application was submitted on paper, can I go ahead with the medical examination and print the copy of the letter from the online portal to include with the medical documents when sending them back to USCIS, or should I wait for the RFE to arrive in my mailbox before submitting the medical documents? #rfe #medical
