If you can also get a letter of support from friends and family, from your side and your spouse side. it will also help.

do not respond to rfe without a lawyer. I understand you, but not all of them are bad. if your response to rfe will not be sufficient, they will denied you. rfe is not only about what you send. I was paralegal for couple of years, trust me, most of denials were because of rfe response. You wait few years, in my opinion it is worth to pay and find an experienced lawyer rather than take a risk. You’re almost at the finish

You have an existing lawyer, you don’t need to hire another lawyer. Get all the documents together and let your later write a Cover letter on it and you will be good. You have glut of evidences already

@gauti par my old lawyer didn’t send everything! she just sent the letter from my threpy ! now I did evaluation and she never send physical abuse . that why I’m more careful now to make sure everything sent

@gauti par my old later ask the threpy just for a letter not evaluation! and the rfe was about the letter from my threpy ! they needed more details about it ! now I had a new threpy and did the evaluation with details

@Sal 25, In sha Allah, with all you have, even with the 3yrs old therapy, you’re good to go, just submit it and you will see the signs and wonders of Allah.
