@abi 38 I received 2 RFEs, the first one for medical exams and the second one for the polio vaccine. My first RFE took a long time to arrive, I even had to write to the link indicated on the page, the second one arrived quickly, I already responded to both RFEs and USCIS already received them. I have seen here that in some cases they have asked for the birth certificate or photos.

@thank you our first rfe arrived in three days. we submitted it timely. but second rfe has yet to arrive. it’s so frustrating. I am reading it could be noid etc or or any notice God forbids. our first rfe was for divorce decree of previous marriages and my son birth certificate was missing. Our i485 is employment based. so I don’t want to think any thing negative. but it could be what? about employment, they might have missed something.

@cr and they received our first response on August 15 and second rfe was sent on August 22.

@abi 38 Look, from what I've read, the reasons for inadmissibility are usually medical or vaccination-related, but it is also important to present all the documentation required by the file, and if something is missing, immigration will request it through the RFE. I understand the anti-aging that this process generates, but it is best to think positively and act to respond correctly and in a timely manner to what they ask for in the RFE. However, if you have lawyers, they will tell you what to do to obtain the valuable approval of the GC.

@C R yes we submitted our medical at interview at Dallas field office. I am hoping it could be a notice to inform us that they don’t have enough visa available. because our case was at field office our status never changed after getting transferred. hope for the best. thank yes we have employer lawyer.

@abi 38 RFE are means request for further evidence. so basically, it's usually related to your case , anything missing or need more documents or need latest documents. I have seen most RFE in more are send when case is submitted without the help of lawyer. and it's always suggested to reply RFE within the time period .
