I have sent my RFE back to USCIS and they have received it on September 10th ( according to FedEx tracking) but haven’t got any update from them yet. My pd is October 2020. Did u get the medical rfe and did u have an interview?

@ivy chi my friend got approved on September 3rd. same pd and medical ref with me @Rom Sin I got an update rfe response received after 3 days. I got the interview in 2022. @Amal Jaber, I got a medical rfe on August 1 and, a response on September 12. @Th Ng got medical rfe then responded and waiting for the approved

@tommy Teo After how long your friend got approved after the RFE submission? Did his status changed to RFE received and then got approved? I don’t know why mine is not updated to RFE received because everyone else’s is changed !

@Rom Sin after 3days RFE was received then she got approved. Her status changed RFE received before got approved. I think we have to wait until October for new fiscal year and new quota of greencard.

@tommy Teo Just spoke to my lawyer office and they told me that it’s very normal for them not to update the case status. let’s just wait and hope for the best !!
