3rd RFE
Hi guys,
So I’m about to send another folder with what they are requesting that I’ve already submitted previously.
But I don’t want to go through my lawyer because last time I did, they didn’t even send everything telling me it was not necessary.
Ok, but I want to put all the chances on my send, I rather send everything I can even if it’s not necessary than not sending enough.
Can people who filed themselves tell me how to send those documents?
Where?
And except the document what should I put in the folder?

the RFE should state how/where to send your response. in your acct you should also have an upload button. always include a cover letter & copy of rfe in your response

You follow the instructions on the RFE letter and mail it to them via USPS. You track it and see when it will be delivered. Vawa can't be done online.

You send it yourself @Missy May you just send it send it yourself. They usually put the address at the bottom where you need to send it to and I’m gonna tell you make sure you print out the RFE and you put it at the very top of the envelope and when I say the very top that they could see your responding to the RFE because if you don’t put that copy of the RFP on the very top of the document, they will deny your case and baby you don’t need that and I am speaking from experience good luck

@Missy May I strongly suggest you to ask lawyer for help. first, lawyers have a law degree, if he said there is no need to send something, that means there is no need (unless lawyer has very bad reputation), second and most important: if your rfe answer will be unsatisfactory there will be no more chance. you will be denied and you will face notice to appear.

i submitted my 2nd rfe my self, with the help of ChatGPT, check the rfe the address is there. include cover so you can state what you’re submitting.
I’m on my 3rd rfe now which is good moral character and It’s was my first rfe now they asking again
