I received a very similar RFE, but I was a manager both overseas and here. I think you can include any documentation that shows you have strategic oversight and that you are involved in high level decisions. are you involved in any budget planning processes? were you managing a department or an essential activity? you can include emails that show you have given approval on high level processes

mostly show that you’re on senior managerial level, not the person actually doing the work. write your job description with a breakdown of % time you spend in each task. make sure at least 60% of the time is on high level managerial tasks, not you doing the work. show email, chats, meeting of you directing teams, scheduling training. show meeting agendas/invites of meetings with senior leadership or executives in which you are presenting updates of strategic initiatives. show evidence of decision making.

@María Ulloa thanks, for the meetings, do you just provide the screenshot? also how many pages of evidence did you provide? for example if have conduct over 100 interviews, do I need to screenshot all or a couple should be sufficient?

screenshots -I selected the most important ones, meetings and emails, and made a .doc with screenshots and a brief 2 sentences description for each screenshot - In total it was like 20 items per position (abroad and U.S.) plus 4-3 important decks and org charts…

btw, in the description of the screenshots I tried to use the language from the USCIS website that proves managerial function.
