I saw some pots about and had cases that they didn’t updated for “RFE received” was directly to case aproved.

I sent response to NOID (Bonafide evidence of our marriage and I-693) on May 18 and it was received on May 19. I don't heard from them until now.

but this month the 17 will be my 2 years of marriage and my lawyer said the reason why they sent to ask for more evidence my interview might be waived because they could just call me in for interview instead to ask for more evidence of our marriage

i sent mine April 01 RFE, it was received by USCIS April 15, no News so far.

i saw on another post that 2 different people were approved after 1 month of the RFE / NOID was submitted same FO, Orlando.
