I got an rfe and my lawyers and I basically took three months to prepare our response. stressful but worked out at the end..don’t get demoralized when you get it!

@jazzyman I got it for all 5. it was awards, membership in associations, media coverage, evidence of critical role and evidence of contribution to your field

I’m in media/ tech .. in my case I got a lot of recommendation letters from ppl I’ve worked with/ work with but it really depends on what you got an RFE for

@A S, oh waoh! First, please accept my congratulations on your approval. As I read each of your responses, I was justing 'wow-ing' in surprise as your profile and USCIS journey are strikingly similar to mine. I'm a media/entrepreneur applicant. Got a RFE in August after filing Premium Processing and it just took my lawyers almost 4 months to painstaking craft the 264 pages response that bother on the same points as yours; membership, awards, etc. We submitted 3 days ago and USCIS just updated 'Response to RFE received'.. Now, fingers crossed, hoping and praying for the best. Hopefully, good news in next week 🙏
