RFE I-693 responded with K1 DS-3025 vaccination
I just received an #RFE for #medicalexamination.
I completed my medical and vaccination record overseas. My DS-3025 mentioned “K1 visa applicant completed vaccination requirements” so I uploaded on my USCIS account a copy of my #DS-3025.
I know they might waived my interview if I just pay again for another medical exam, but I wanna give it a try since another K1 just summited his record and got his GC a month later.
Has anyone else replied RFE like this?

i140 RFE Ability to Pay
My i-140 was filed on 30 Dec 2022. As I filed the i-140 in 2022, 2021 tax return was submitted. My employer sent a partial 2021 tax return to the lawyer, maybe that is why RFE is issued. The RFE letter was asking for full tax return 2021 to prove that the company can pay the proffered wage.
But since the RFE was only asking for tax return 2021, I was wondering if I need to provide tax return for the PD year as well (2022)? The net income on the 2021 tax return combine with my current wage (less than PWD) would be sufficient to prove that the company has the ability to pay. I am asking because my company is doing not too well in 2022.
Has anyone encountered the same problem? Could you share your experience? TIA!

How long will it take to get approved?
I talked in Emma they said my interview was waived in August. But until now no EAD/AP.
RFE was for I-864 ,resubmitted. Everything was correct and income is 51k. Couldn’t understand the reason of RFE.

i called uscis in Nov and spoke with a live agent, they said an officer will call me back
i just got a call some minutes ago today and they said i have to go to the houston field office tomorrow for answers to my questions as they are unable to provide me with anything.
i submitted my rfe over 7months ago and i have not heard anything about my i485 reason why i called their office

I received in rfe on June 4th I replied July 8th anyone no why it’s taking so long to review I read on the website another 7 month
after calling several times I kept getting they received it my rfe and they said just wait for them to review in the oaft ceremony will be set up but after 120 days on November 15th I receive an update saying my case is being reviewed again is that a good sighn are imma wait tree month again I don’t no what’s going on #rfe #citizen #update #underreview #caseunderreview
RFE deadline confusion
I applied to EB2 NIW Feb-28 and got the receipt Apr-12. But Nov-23. I received RFE from USCIS showing the deadline Feb-23/2023. Does USCIS extension policy apply to my case as well? can I consider 60 days additional to reply after the deadline stated on the RFE letter?#RFE #EB2NIW
