I send my I-485 with I-693
I send my file last year in January with my I-693 attached to it.
Fast forward to today I received an RFE for my I-693 again when I have a copy of last year's form from the civil surgeon and their nothing wrong. It killing me because the more I have to pay for my green card.#i-693 #i-485 #greencard #rfe

At least you are close to decision, get the new reports to them asap and get it over with. Make sure you get the latest form as they have updated it recently.

Why would they ask for it again. it's valid for 2 years I thought.

@Alba Torres maybe they lost it, maybe they need you to get the hep b shot but just get the heb b and go back to the civil surgeon and ask them to update it showing the shot and sign the new forms it shouldn’t be more the $50 that way

I had to go through the same thing. Except my civil surgeon messed up the date she signed and refused to take accountability for it. So I ended up having to redo the whole thing, paying the fee all over again. This time around, I had to get flu and hep b shot so make sure to look out for those. Once I sent the new medical, I got an approval in 2 weeks.

@Christopher S because USCIS is incompetent and often lost documents
